1. The program

The program is called BaltimoreAI Text Assistant. It is operated by Kimura Consulting LLC, doing business as BaltimoreAI ("we", "us", "our"). Messages are sent from and received at +1 (844) 925-2512.

2. What messages you get

You get two kinds of message, and only these:

• Conversational replies to the text messages you send us. You text a question or a task; the assistant texts back.
• Reminders and check-ins that you ask for. If you ask to be reminded of something at a time, we text you at that time.

We also send one welcome message when you sign up, and a confirmation message when you text STOP.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and in the United States. By signing up you confirm both.

4. How you opt in

You opt in on our sign-up form at baltimoreai.org. You enter your name and your mobile number, and you tick a checkbox that is unticked when the page loads. The checkbox says:

"I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from BaltimoreAI (Kimura Consulting LLC) at the number I provided, including replies to my messages and reminders I ask for. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with my use. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."

The form cannot be submitted without ticking it. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages to buy any other goods or services from us.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your use. If you text us often, or ask for many reminders, you get more messages. If you do not text us, you get none.

6. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. We do not control those rates and we are not responsible for them.

7. STOP, START, HELP

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We send one confirmation message and then send you nothing more.

Reply START to rejoin after you have cancelled.

Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us by email or phone; see section 13.

8. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. AI-generated content

Replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice. Check anything that matters, and speak to a qualified professional for health, legal, or money decisions.

10. Fees

This is a paid service. The fees are shown at sign-up, before any charge. You are not charged anything until you have seen the price and agreed to it.

11. Service provided as is

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will tell you by text message and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
